When to use this guide:   Take 5 minutes every day and use it when you get up in the morning, after a meal, during a break, before you go to bed, or another time that works well for you and your family. Place it in a place where you will remember to use it everyday…on the refrigerator, in your Bible, next to your bed, or on your table.
