Our Preschool Day<\/h2>\n

They talk about the days of the week, months of the year, weather, and themes for the week.<\/p>\n

Story Time<\/strong>: Children listen to stories from children’s literature and Bible stories.<\/p>\n

Table Time<\/strong>: Children work on fine motor activities to promote writing, math, or science skills.<\/p>\n

Learning Center Time<\/strong>: Children explore, experiment, and play in learning activity centers. These areas include: art, science, writing, manipulatives, computer, dramatic play, music, and literature.<\/p>\n

Snack time<\/strong>: A time for sharing a nutritious snack and learning table prayers.<\/p>\n

Movement<\/strong>: Children work on large motor development through an active play-based curriculum.<\/p>\n

Gross Motor<\/strong>: Children will go outside to the playground unless weather does not permit.<\/p>\n

Chapel<\/strong>: Once a week, children go to the Sanctuary to sing songs, hear Bible stories, and pray.<\/p>\n

Music program<\/strong>: Once a week, children have active singing with rhythm instruments, scarves, bean bags, and other musical instruments.<\/p>\n

STEM activities<\/strong>: Weekly Science\/Technology\/Engineering\/Math activities through hands-on equipment and experiments.
